Delivery
- We ship to all countries. Usually you will receive your order within 7-15 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via USPS Standard or USPS International Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options. Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days depending on availability. Orders may Shipping from our warehouse or Shipping from our suppliers in foreign.
- Please note: Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Items purchased from renaissanceluxuryhome are eligible for a full refund if returned within thirty (30) days of purchase or exchange.
- When returning swimwear and lingerie the return package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
- Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has processed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
- Swimwear and lingerie: Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
- Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- WRONG / DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS: In the unlikely event that you received the wrong or damaged items,please contact customer service immediately([email protected]). we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund, you will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
